Procedure for Registration
1. ICCN-2025 Registration System:
https://iccn.sjtu.edu.cn/UserCenter/Registration
2. At least one author of the accepted abstract must be registered. All participants of ICCN-2025 need to register. Registrants who pay their registration fee after 15 July 2025 will be charged the standard registration fees.
3. After the payment is completed, the receipt in English will be sent automatically as a PDF attachment in the email with subject “Registration Confirmation”. The invoice in Chinese will be sent by email one week after the conference. If you have other specific requirement on the content of the invoice, please contact us via iccn@sjtu.edu.cn.
Visa Application
Attendees from most of countries will be required to apply for a visa when visiting the People's Republic of China. We suggest that ICCN-2025 participants apply for a Chinese visa at the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your countries. The period of application process may be different in different countries or regions. To make sure application going on well, we suggest you starting the visa application as soon as possible.
Your visa application will require an invitation letter from ICCN-2025 (or some other organization in China), please choose "Yes" at the "Require VISA Invitation Letter?" checkbox in the registration system, after finishing registration our system will automatically send an invitation letter to you via email.

Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to iccn@sjtu.edu.cn. No refunds after August 15, 2025.
